Spotreel is a platform for everyone. Harassment, hate speech, and discriminatory content are prohibited.
Original Content
Only upload content you have the rights to. Do not post content that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
No Harmful Content
Violence, explicit sexual content, misinformation, and content that endangers public safety are strictly prohibited.
Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable Hong Kong and Taiwan laws, and Spotreel content policies.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. Repeated violations are escalated automatically.
Reporting
Report violations via the in-app report button or email safety@spotmind.co. We review all reports within 3 business days.
Automated AI moderation
Before publication, videos uploaded to Spotreel are screened by automated AI moderation that checks for prohibited or harmful content. Content may be held, blocked, or routed for human review based on this screening. Spotreel administrators may additionally review, approve, or reject content at any time. Automated screening is a safeguard, not a guarantee, and does not replace your responsibility to comply with these Guidelines.
