Membership plans
Spotreel offers two paid monthly memberships, billed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD): Plus at HK$48/month and Premium at HK$98/month. What a membership includes
Spotreel does NOT sell individual episodes, and all published episodes are free to watch with advertising. A paid membership removes third-party advertising for standard catalogue playback for as long as the membership is active, subject to regional availability. There is no per-episode purchase, rental, or permanent download-to-own. Specific quality and feature benefits (e.g. 1080p / 4K, multi-language audio, offline) depend on the plan you choose. Ad-free benefit
Free-tier viewing is supported by advertising. Paid Plus and Premium memberships are ad-free for standard catalogue playback. Spotreel may still show service messages, trailers, or sponsor credits that are not third-party ad-network advertising.
Automatic monthly renewal
Memberships renew automatically each month and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly price until you cancel. Any free-trial period (where offered) converts to a paid month at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Billing via Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. Spotreel does not store your full card number. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. You authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your membership benefits continue until the end of the current paid period and are not interrupted mid-cycle. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy.
Governing terms
