Refund Policy

Subscription refunds
Spotreel memberships are recurring monthly digital services. Because access to the full catalogue is granted immediately, paid membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated below. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid month per the Membership Terms.
Effect of cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a billing period that has already started, except where required by law.
Billing errors & duplicate charges

Hong Kong consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under Hong Kong consumer-protection law, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) to the extent they apply to digital services. How to request a refund
